i am getting ready to make banana bread and actually need some more cake pops to give as teachers gifts...

so, i was thinking - could i use banana bread? i think they would be really good, but i am looking for ideas of what to mix with the banana bread? icing? creamer? a glaze? chocolate something?

i'd love your opinions, pleaseicon_smile.gif?

THANKS!

ive made banana bread pops int he past, i think theyre great if you like banana bread!
I throw chocolate chips in my banana bread batter (just a personal preferance.
Ive made them into pops by just mixing them in with some cream cheese.
i personally liked the cream cheese/ chocolate chip. chocolate coating combo. I throw some crushed walnuts in there too!

good luck
