I have been asked to make a princess type cake for twin girls. I wanted to ask if anyone could share a template for a simple tiara that a newbie could attempt. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks so much! I saw plenty of tiaras but they were well beyond my skill level and patience. Making my own template was only proving that I am not an artist.
Will give these a try. Appreciate it!
Thanks, TexasSugar. I do believe my "tracing" skills would be much better than my drawings. I have a ton of wasted paper right now. I did try printing a few cake pictures and attempted to duplicate the tiaras of others.
I feel like I'm communicating with "cake royalty" when I hear from others at CC!
I hope my cake is a hit with the little girls. I'm still at the nail biting stages of hobby baking. I will owe my succes to all of you but my failures will be completely my own.
Thanks, again.
I have trouble free handing things, so I thought about what I had handy that I could use.
These are the presses I used. I just set them on the paper and traced them.

I had not thought to use the Wilton press items. I have to run to the store tomorrow. I will look for these.
Appreciate the help.
Another idea is do a google image search and look for tiara pictures or images. There are some pretty basic ones that would make a nice template.
