What size ice cream scooper do you use to get even batter amounts into a standard size cupcake pan?
I found some on amazon as 3 tbsp and 4 tbsp ice cream scoopers. Which one is for standard size cupcakes? I'm looking to buy a couple.

My favorite scoop for cupcakes is 3 T. The one that's 1/4 cup always seems like too much...the cupcakes overflow. However, I'm sure it depends on the recipe and oven temp that you use. hth
