What is yummy ganache just regular cream, chocolate and corn syrup?

Its just called ganache but I think its yummy ! Mst recipes are a mix of cream and chocolate , some use butter too . You should find some recipes if you use the search option here icon_smile.gif

I think ganache is the way to go, too! Once you make it and taste it on a cake, I'll bet you'll think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. At least I do! icon_smile.gif

For a small puddle of mud. Why not use chocolate pudding. Would stay soft and gooshy, like mud.

When I did a barn cake with the pig in the mud I just did thinned chocolate frosting It worked great.
