I made Mamawrobin's version of IndyDebi's buttercream with white chocolate and cream cheese. I had intended to cut the recipe in half but completely forgot when I started to make it and now I have a ton of icing left over. (I was making red velvet cupcakes and wanted to put on a crusting cream cheese buttercream). The icing tastes terrific and my DH likes it, so that's good thing. I like it too because it's not got that strong cream cheese taste.

I got it from this thread (it's on page 3) http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=685989&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=30 . I'm pretty sure I read that it doesn't have to be refrigerated but with all the extra, can I freeze it? I as hoping that there may have been that question in the thread, but for some reason I can't get to page 5. It says there are no posts.

I've never made that particular recipe, but cream cheese buttercream can easily be frozen. I do it all the time!
