Hi all!

I have an order for Monday, but the lady wants to pick it up on Sunday. Sunday I have fifteen guests coming over for Mother's Day, so I would really like to decorate her cake tonight (Friday). Is that too early? It is just a regular cake (no filling) and buttercream (Wilton) icing. Any opinions?

It will probably be ok but is the cake baked already?

Yes, baked and frozen. I am thinking of just doing it tomorrow, although I would love to clean up just once instead of twice! icon_wink.gif
