Anyone know how many cups of batter to use with this pan? I was thinking about 10 cups. Also looking for help with baking instructions, specifically how long to bake. Any tips on covering with fondant would also be appreciated. Thanks!
If you go on the Wilton website, there's instructions for each and every one of their pans- they've got tons of other info there too!
I've checked the Wilton site and only found the smaller cross pan. This one is the larger, 2 cake mix cross pan dated 1986 on the pan. Does anyone happen to have directions for it?
The 2-mix book pan calls for 10 cups of batter so my guess is that the 2-mix cross pan would be the same.
