I'm sure I ordered mine from CK Products (wholesale). If you can only order retail then log on to Country Kitchen Sweet Art.

I've not seen a 7inch pan but I bought the 9inch round from Michaels awhile ago, it came as a 2 pan set.
You could always bake off the next size up and cut it to the size you need, esp if it's just a one time deal cake. HTH

The Baker's Kitchen is where I got most of my pans, including 7 and 9". Great price on fondant also. And they ship quickly! icon_smile.gif

I used to buy all my Fat Daddio's pans at Bridgekitchenware .com but for some reason they don't carry all the sizes like they used to. I did check and they have a 7" deep round for $3.44 but no 9". Luckily I now have a cake shop here in town that carries all sizes of FD's.
