I lived in Beverly for a while and there was one on the way to the airport.
It's been a while so here are the best directions I can give you!

Head towards the airport from the North: Go past the Christmas Store and where the Krispie Kreme used to be. On the same side of the road, right before the exit, near the mulitplex theater, it is on the right side. It has more bridal stuff than cake stuff (at least 5 years ago) but may be worth a trip to check it out.

IParty actually carries a limited supply of cake related stuff- some of the Wilton products as well as a few other things.

Depending on where you are, there's also a store called "Rosenblooms" in Lowell, MA. They don't have a TON as the store is mostly party stuff but they have a great selection of tips and other good things. They don't have a website.
