I am making a cake for my friends sisters 30th, she would like it on the Sunday but I am away from the friday. Can I make a cover the cake on the Tursday?? Will the cake still be ok?

Help much appreciated as I dont want to let my friend down but dont want the cake to be horrible either

you mean you're wondering if you can do it 3 days ahead, or a week and 3 days? Three days should be just fine, but I wouldn't do it more than a week ahead unless you plan on freezing it.
