Filling For Strawberry Daiquari Cake

It will be sitting out for several hours. Would like to do a whip cream like filling. But I'm open to anything icon_smile.gif

What are your suggestions??

Rich's Bettercreme is a non-dairy frosting/filling which is whipped cream like and shelf stable at normal room temperature for 5 days:

Can be purchased either in qts. (liquid you whip) or buckets (ready to use).

GFS (Gordon Food Service) carries the liquid, and Sams Club carries the buckets. Can also be purchased at some cake decorating/supply stores or online.
