Hello all, I am a hobby baker who has taken the steps, and spent the $$$ to start the opening process. I WANT to open a retail establishment, with a party facility for kids parties/ showers ect (renting out for supplimental income when not in use) I am currently attending University of Phoenix for my bachelors in Business--( i have acess to up-to-date demographic info and such). I have already gotten my EIN, Duns # and formed and LLC. (thank you Legal zoom!), I am getting ready to sign up for my sanitation Mgr Cert. Classes.
I am in need of some help for cost projections, financial info ect.... i am writting my business plan as we speak and starting to flounder a bit. I think I might have missed a few steps or played hopscotch on the process... Also, what do you really need to start up? Equiptment/inventory wise? I need concrete ideas not the what if's i have running around in my head. I know what I want to have in my kitchen..nice big shiny brand new ovens and pretty display cases, but I need some reatlity checks. Please help if you can, getting discouraged. there is way too much info on the web, and I dont want to lose my brain or what is left of my savings.
