I'm not sure why this is happening mainly with my chocolate cakes, does anyone know the reason for this? The batter for my chocolate cakes is thicker than my other batters. Maybe I'm not getting the air bubbles out??? Thank you for your help!!!

When is it sinking? In the oven or after it comes out?

What's your recipe? I'm not the expert, but if the sugar ratio is high or you have too much or too little leavening, you can get the dreaded sinking cake.

If LindaH comes along, she can troubleshoot cake recipes very well.

The last cake sunk after I took it out of the oven.
