I wanted to make some banana bread cup cakes ... last time I did the liners stuck a bit to the cake. If I spray them with PAM would that help or should I ust go without the liners ... (I did want the liner for the final look of what I'm doing - cupcake bouquet)
Also - does this happen with carrot cake cupcakes?
You could always bake without the liner and then pop them into a liner, securing with a little BC if necessary, for your presentation. Just a thought.
