Hello All icon_biggrin.gif

I have my first large wedding cake due in a month, I usually use Satin Ice Fondant...but it has been on smaller not as important cakes-and since I can't take any chances on this one does anyone have any opinions on the best brand of Fondant for a high (Colorado) altitude and dry climate? Satin Ice is my favorite but has been prone to cracks...and I have never tried any other brands....thanks so much!! icon_smile.gif

I'm just a hobbyist but I've had good luck with Duff's fondant. It tends to get really soft, though, so it it's going to be hot I mix it about 60/40 with Wilton. I've never used Satin Ice.
