HELLO I AM NEW AT USING FONDANT AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW WELL FONDANT ROSES WILL HOLD UP IN THE HEAT AND ALSO HOW WELL THEY HOLD UP IN TRANSPORT.....I WOULD SURE LIKE TO HEAR WHAT YOU THINK...THANKS

I usually make my roses with a 50/50 mix of gum paste and fondant, but I've never had a problem with them in heat. Once they are set up, they usually don't go anywhere. The only thing you need to be careful of is them bumping into each other, especially during transport, because they will shatter.
