I made 24 red barn cookies for a client last night and 8 hours later, they're still not dry! I've run into this problem before when color-flowing very saturated colors of royal icing. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to speed up the drying process without cracking the icing? Can I put them back in a low temp oven? I'd love any suggestions. Thanks so much!
I use a fan to speed up the process. Works for me.
