ok so I have a client that wants to use marshmelow fluff for a filling in her wedding cake. Has anyone used this before? If so how well does it stand up when you are stacking cakes? and does anyone have a recipe for it?

Instead of making it you could see about just buying it from the grocery store. I don't know were you live but there are a couple different brands. I usually find it in the grocery area were the Marshmellows are. They are usually on the top shelf, or at least they are at my store. Not knowing how many cakes you have, it might take a few containers. The big thing is it will be sticky to spread.

As for stacking, as long as you put a damn on your cakes and you should be supporting your cakes appropriatly meaning that each layer does not put its full weight on the one below so it should be fine. With the correct hight dowel rods they suport the cake above, so it won't sink into the one below. I hope that makes sens it is really early and I have not been to sleep yet.
