Your title "Speed Cake Decorating" is misleading! I think the videos need a more appropriate title.

It's 6-7 hours of decorating video sped up, condensed, or as you wrote"squished" into 1.5-2.5 minute videos.

I expected to see a challenge of fast decorating skills in real time.

I found them really educational. One question - what do you do with the leftover fondant? Does it keep for other projects?

I liked them! I like that I dont have to watch the whole video in real time but I still get to see the whole process.

I thought they were funny to watch. Different title on video maybe?
Don't we all wish we could do a quality cake in 2 minutes!?? icon_rolleyes.gif

@Sooner Baker - yes i keep the fondant in cling film and then in an airtight box so i can use it another time. i always seem to end up with lots of misc. shades of blue fondant though. lol

Thanks for the feedback guys. Any suggestions for a more appropriate video title welcome. "Time Lapse Cake Decorating" Doesn't seem to have the same ring to it, lol.
