I'm relatively new to this, everything I've done has been in buttercream and fondant so far. I'm looking for an alternative to the super sugary buttercream classic. I personally love those cakes with the cool whip based frosting. But I'm wondering how it sets up for decorationg compared to buttercream.

To anyone who can offer their experience, recipies, pics, I'd be much obliged!

I personally wouldn't decorate a cake with Coolwhip,Nutri whip etc..after a day or so the icing turns like rubber. It also has a chemical taste...JMO icon_smile.gif
