I'm really needing some help on this one. A party coordinator contacted me to do a cake for a client of hers that is graduating from Interior Decorating. The cake needs to feed about 125-150. I 1st thought of a stacked pillow cake but I've never made a pillow cake at all. I just don't feel comfortable making such a large pillow cake. It also has to travel about 2 hours. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA
