I was wondering if anyone knows if you are able to have a at home bakery in Lackawanna County PA. I plan on opening a bakery when i get back from my deployment and I wanna know if I need to get a shop or if i can do it at home. Thanks

Pennsylvania does have a cottage law. I teach home-based food business and one of my students drove up from PA. Check with your state dept of ag and markets for restrictions.
