Just got a request for peaches and cream cake. But this is going to be a stacked cake....fondant covered. All the recipes I have seen have canned or fresh peaches in it and I don't thing that will be stable. Thanks

Patrice, the cream will be a problem too as it will need to be refrigerated.
I have made tiered cakes with peaches and cream in them, but not covered in fondant, they had to be refrigerated till the last minute.
On sugar craft's website they have peach filling (look under 'food' then 'edible fillings'). It's shelf stable, tastes great and I fold it into Bettercreme.
