I bought a bag of Guittard dark chocolate melts (the little button wafer things) from my local bake supply shop. They told me they were already tempered and to just melt them in a chocolate pot (or my little dipper croc pot). BUT...the chocolate isn't glossy, it's a bit cloudy. It is tasty, but not the nice smooth sheen (the chocolate is smooth, just not shiny). What did I do wrong?
