I've had great luck with chocolate, vanilla, German chocolate, red velvet, carrot, lemon and strawberry. Trying to figure out how to do a tiramisu flavor...any suggestions?

Mix mascarpone with a little powdered sugar, espresso powder and rum to form a not so sweet frosting to mix with your cake.
