There is a great video tutorial on you tube. the one that I liked the best is from Edna ...um can't think of what her name is on here I just saw her post the other day on here... but if you maybe put viva cake smoother on search for youtube or maybe she will see your question on here and refer you to her videos on youtube where she does amazing work.. from basics to delicate flowers.

It works amazing by the way. you would swear it was fondant. not buttercream
