My sons birthday party is this weekend. I want to make him a chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filing, choc. ganache and fresh rspberrie(i saw it on Cake Boss) anyways won't the ganche melt the mousse? How do I avoid this? Second, I saw a recipe on here for cookie dough filling now is that added to any buttercream or one in particular? Lastly, will the cookie dough filling go well with the WASC? Thank you!
