I got ahead of my self and baked up cupcakes yesterday thinking they were due today... but its actually for tomorrow.

I baked em up last night cooled, and boxed them. I was planning to fill and frost them in the morning... I just checked them and the wrappers are pulling away from the cake!! they are really wet, so I have left the boxes open hopting this will help.

I assume they are sweating more than ussual for our recent weather change....is this possible?

Is there anything else that i can do to stop this? or ideas on how to fix/dress up the problem.

Re-bake?? Nothing looks worse than a beautful decorated cupcake with peeling liners.

Can you give her a "bonus" and tie each with a ribbon? (which of course would really be hot glued and the bow glued separately)

If you've EVER put ribbons on cupcakes - you will rush off and re-bake icon_smile.gif
