Does anyone know anything about starting a home-based bakery in CT? What licenses and permits you need,etc...?

click on the links and you'll find all you need to know. just be aware that it's pretty much impossible to get your home kitchen licensed as an official bakery. you'll see that when you read through all the regulations. most people recommend renting a licensed kitchen from a church or school. but i believe there might be regulations as to having to keep your equipment in the place you use it (and who wants to leave all their stuff at some place where they could just disappear?) icon_sad.gif
