I'm still relatively new to using SMBC, but notice that (because of fat content, I assume) it does not color well. Any tips on this would be appreciated.
I used SMBC exclusively and coloring it can be tricky.
The best tip I have is to take a small amount of SMBC from your batch and put in a small glass bowl. Then add the coloring and put in mircowave for a few seconds (not too long or it will melt). Mix this with the rest of the smbc. You can achieve a dark color this way..
