I have made some things from fondant that I need to be dry before I put on my cake. I have had them drying for 2 days but they dont seem to be drying enough and I am running out of time.

There is no humidity here. Would putting it near a heater help it or would that dry is out too quickly and cause cracking?

Thanks
Lucia

Put in your oven with the light on - don't turn on the oven, however. In the future, if you need them to dry faster, add tylose or gumtex into your fondant.
