I am new to baking and my food handlers class is not till next month.
Could someone please tell me how long cream filled cupcakes are good for? I know all products with dairy should be kept cool, but how long will they hold up? What about with fruit filling? Fresh and packaged?

The latest I would bake cupcakes before serving them is the day before and frost them on the day I am serving them . You could make them ahead and freeze them .
