Hi

I was just wondering how full do i need to fill up my 9X13 pan for a sheet?

You usually fill it 2/3 full which is about 2 cake mixes.Depends on flavor as I find 2 chocolate fudge Betty Crocker is too much but 2 french vanilla is just enough...

A 9x13 filled about 2/3 of the way is a quarter sheet. An enhanced mix will just about get you there, but it may be a bit short. icon_smile.gif

I make scratch cakes. Some of my recipes fill the pan two-thirds but some are best filled to half full.
