What pans are used to make pregnant belly cakes?

you can use the wilton sports ball pan for the belly and the wilton small ball pan for the boobs. This is what I used but I found that the size make for a cake topper. I would place this on a larger cake like a sheet cake or large round. by itself its too small.

I just use a large pyrex bowl for mine.
