Does anyone know of a great gluten free wedding cake recipe? I would appreciate any help.
What type of flavour? Are you planning on stacking it?
Be very careful calling it gluten free if you have ever used gluten in the same kitchen/with other common ingredients. Some people have extremely strong reactions to even trace amounts of gluten, the type of quantities you could pick up if you had previously used the cake pans for a cake containing flour.
I was thinking a basic white cake and planning to stack. I appreciate all your input. I do not have any experience with this. I might think twice about this cake. Thank you again Jennifer353
