How can I save half and half? I tried freezing some the last time I had extra and it was lumpy and grainy when I tried to thaw it...any suggestions?
I know there are people who freeze milk and other dairy products all the time but I've never had good luck with it.
Why did you buy it? If it was for icing you could make another batch of that and freeze it. You could use it in coffee...IMO there's nothing better!
