I'm in the planning stage for a wedding cake order. The actually wedding cake is only a two tier, BUT I have 4 kitchen cakes to do as well. My question is how much buttercream does it take to crumb coat and ice a half sheet cake (about 4-5 inches high)? OR how do you figure out how much to plan for.
