I was just wondering, does the brand of powder sugar affect the quility of your buttercream?
My buttercream always comes out grainy. Is it something im doing wrong or is it the brand that im using?
And What kinds do you guys use?
You need to use pure cane sugar powder sugar. Beet sugar will give it a grainy feel in your mouth. Better brands such as Domino and CK are pure cane sugar.
