anyone know if its the same ratio of meringue powder when making buttercream icing? Does chefmaster taste different than wilton. Which do you like better? thanks

Here's a link that advises Chefmaster meringue recipe uses 4 Tbsp. of meringue powder while Wilton's recipe uses 3 Tbsp:
