I always bake my cupcakes , they always come with a smooth nice domed surface
my first time my supcakes have holes on their surfaces , what happened ?
I did everything the same but I changed the flour brand since I didn find my usual one
I knew the problem
I added a cream instead of sour cream in the WASC recipe
I redid it with a sour cream and the surface become very smooth with no holes
and nice taste
