Hi, I don't do much in the cupcake world and need to make some for a church function. My typical cake recipe I use is a little too heavy for cup cakes. Does anyone have a recipe to share that bakes up light and airy, not dense?

Also, is the goal for it to dome, or not too? I was thinking that a dome was good, but not sure.

Thanks a bunch!!!

I like dense and dome as well. I use the same recipes as my cakes.

Oh! Okay. I thought people wouldn't like the more dense cupcake! Shows you what I know.

That's so much for the replies. I appreciate it.
