I just made Jennifer Dontz's fondant from the recipe on her Fun with Fondant Frills DVD, can anyone tell me how long I need to leave it for before using it?
It's been made for about 3 hours now and when I pick it up to roll it through my pasta machine (covering cake using strips around sides) it keeps stretching and tearing.
Any help would be appreciated.
You may be rolling it too thin but I would email Jen and ask her.
