Ok, so I'll just save you all the trouble of reading three threads and ask outright for your best White, Yellow and Chocolate cakes!

Those are the three I want to start with when I start selling.

I need to be able to cover with fondant and stack so they have to be sturdy.

Hit me with your best shot; whatcha got? icon_biggrin.gif

My favorites are:

White - wasc method. It's the best!
yellow - serious cake's scratch yellow cake recipe
Chocolate - the one on the hershey's cocoa container!

The white and yellow cake recipes can be remixed to turn into almost any flavour imaginable just by changing the extracts, switching out the liquid for flavored coffee creamers, adding zests, purses or other add-ins...those are my 3 go to recipes for sure! Hope that helps!

Try doing a search on the "great scratch off" here on cake central. They test and score various recipes.
