I have tried 2 diffrent icings for my petite fours and they seem not to work for me. The first one I used powderd sugar, white sugar, cream of tatar, and water heated, The 2nd was a non cook one.I used powderd sugar water, corn syrup. When I pour over the cakes they end up being a thin layer on top or just rolling on off the cake.I tried adding more powderd sugar but this just does not work. Can someone give some suggestions or a good recipe? Thanks
