My daughter would like a giant cupcake cake for her Birthday. I would like to carve it but I have never carved a cake before. I'm sure there is an article or tutorial on here but for some reason it will not allow me to search past the first page of results. I was hoping someone could help me out with some instructions or links to a tutorial. I love the look of the swirl on top. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Alot of people use the actual cupcake cake pan you can get pretty much anywhere. It has the swirl already so no carving needed.
