I just finished seperating a color flow image from the wax paper and a small part of it broke off. I really do not want to start over and was hoping there is a way to fix it.

I wouldn't fix it. The piece that broke off is an exact match to fit the other portion just like a puzzle piece. Apply both pieces next to one another where the are suppose to go.
