I've searched everywhere and can't find a tutorial or tips on how to make a gardenia out of buttercream. I'm sure it uses a similar technique as piping a buttercream rose, but the petals are larger and more spacier than with roses. I've seen one cake here on cc that had some and they looked pretty good. Any ideas?
