I just made 5 dozen cupcakes for a function tomorrow evening but I'm tired now and wont be able to make my icing and frost them until tomorrow. I have them in soem sealed containers but would need to make room in my fridge if I have to keep them cool. Would they be ok to remain on the counter overnight so I can frost them tomorrow?
I would.. I mean its for less than 24 hours right?... plus if your worried & you don't have enough room in the fridge refrigerate each dozen(or two) for 5hrs & then take them out & put the others
IMO they should be ok & fresh untill the event
