I was wondering if anyone was home based in Idaho legally? The matrix form has it listed as no but I can see some advertised that they are home based and look legit otherwise.

I'm moving there soon and was trying to find out if it would be an option to operate from my home.

Thanks in advance for any information!

Idaho does not have a cottage food law so you cannot legally sell products made from your home kitchen unless it can pass inspection. People who advertise that they have home-based bakeries either have gotten their home kitchens inspected or, more likely, are simply operating illegally.
