Hello!

I did not put a note on my printed cakeman raven's red velvet recipe last time I made if I used a full recipe or 1/2 recipe. I only made a small cake and I remember thinking Wow that does not rise much.. so here is my question..
for a 8x3" Round cake.. will 1 recipe work? What is your approx bake time, 1 hour?

The recipe make an 8", two layer cake. I put it on convection 325 degrees I guess about 30 minutes. Until it's done.
